    Jean has always loved the art of painting and creating since a small child, beginning with watercolours and although she still loves this medium, progressing on to pastels which she finds she is using more and more.

    She paints what interests and surrounds her, and being a farmer’s wife many of her subjects include the countryside and the animals that are in it.
